Role Overview

We are looking for:

- Our factory in Dombasle-sur-Meurthe (54, near Nancy) with a 150-year history, which produces sodium carbonate and bicarbonate and employs more than 300 employees, is looking for a Quality Unit Manager M/F to ensure the quality of our finished products and the regulatory compliance of the product quality system.
- The incumbent is responsible for implementing the quality policy for finished products for pharmaceutical or food use, ensuring that the manufacturing stages (production, packaging and quality control) have been carried out in compliance with the standards. applicable (good hygiene practices, good manufacturing practices, data integrity). The function reports to the Head of the Quality Control Laboratory.

- Release or reject the batches of finished products after examining the summary data provided by Manufacturing, Logistics and the Laboratory and the analysis results.
- Ensure that critical deviations are documented, investigated and explained in batch records or anomaly or deviation records.
- Participate in the validation of the specifications guaranteed in the technical data sheets of the products.
- Lead and follow up on self-inspections to verify compliance with specifications.
- Ensure the adequacy, follow-up and closure of corrective actions implemented following customer or third-party audits.
- Process site complaints and implement appropriate corrective action plans

You will bring:
Education and experience
- Bachelor degree in Engineer
- Previous experience with Engineer pharmaceutical industries

Technical skills
- Knowledge of quality standards (BPF, GMP, ISO, etc.) and quality methods and tools
- Good scientific English (read, spoken, written)
