**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW at Air Liquide?
Implementation of transformation programs will create new challenging demands and opportunities for E&C and will have an impact on the way how the projects are executed. This will also create the opportunities and challenges for Project Quality Manager as a key function to ensure that projects are handled properly in terms of quality assurance and control.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that QA/QC (Quality Assurance / Quality Control) measures are properly implemented to the project,
- Establishment the Project Quality and Audit Plan
- Coordination of Performance of Project Gate Reviews
- Performance QA/QC audits of projects (office and construction sites)
- Management of non-conformities
- Coordination and facilitation of RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
- Performance of Quality related trainings
- Follow up of corrective and preventive actions

**Reporting line & localisation**:

- **The Project Quality Manager shall report Functionally to the Head of Quality & IMS Europe**:

- **The role is located in Champigny-sur-Marne, France. Mobility within Europe would be needed to perform the role according to actual project needs as well as exchange of experience.**:
**Are you a MATCH?
- Education : University and Master's Degree
- Discipline : Engineering (process, chemical or mechanical) or related field (quality management, health, safety, environmental, industrial risks)
- Language: French - Proficient (speaking and writing), English
- Proficient (speaking and writing)
- Experience in an industrial environment, ideally EPC industry.
- Knowledge / experience in Quality management and auditing
- Knowledge of project management.
- Knowledge of IMS will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies for non-conformities and incidents will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of principles of Risk management tools and methods will an added advantage
