**POSITION AND MISSIONS**

You join the Client Relationship Management (CRM) team within the CIB Customer Support Group, which is looking for a Client Relationship Management, for a **6-month** internship starting **July 2025**.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

- Assist the team responsible for managing waivers and CKO certification;
- Enter and request indexing requests for waivers;
- Follow-up on requests for exemption by relaunching the vetting teams;
- Participate in the management and monitoring of the CKO certification site.

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:
Student of BAC+4/5 level, you prepare a university degree, business school or engineering school, with a specialization in Finance/ Banking.
You have a good command of Excel.
You are known for your logic, rigour and curiosity.
You have a good ability to adapt to multidisciplinary tasks and are autonomous.
And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
