Nous cherchons à recruter un Chief Digital Officer, Vos missions principales seront les suivantes:
- Analyser la pertinence des solutions numériques en place et proposer des améliorations
- Mise en place d’une stratégie de transition digitale
- Mener des études de faisabilité et évaluer les impacts business
- Assurer une veille concernant les avancées numériques et les dernières innovations technologiques.
- Réaliser l'analyse fonctionnelle des besoins des parties prenantes ainsi que la rédaction des cahiers des charges, et définir les modalités d architecture fonctionnelle
- En fonction du cahier des charges, répartir le budget alloué, ainsi que les moyens humains et techniques pour les différentes tâches à effectuer
- Assurer le support utilisateurs aux nouveaux outils
*Accompagner le changement au travers des formations des utilisateurs clés.
**Description du profil**:
- Formation Bac+ 5 dans le domaine du numérique ou en management avec une option stratégie digitale ou stratégie data
- Première expérience de 5 ans minimum comme Product Manager, Product Owner ou Chef de projet Transformation digitale
- Vous disposez d'un très bon sens relationnel. Vous êtes méthodique, organisé(e) et avez une approche très pédagogue avec vos différents interlocuteurs. Vous aimez le travail d'équipe.
- Capacité de synthèse (orale et écrite) et rigueur. Intérêt pour la tech, le digital et la data. Bonne connaissance des méthodes Agile.
- Anglais professionnel dans le cadre des missions à l'international.
- Vous êtes à la page les nouvelles technologies et passionné(e) par l'intelligence artificielle.
