**Your future at GetAccept**:
As an Account Manager, you will own the overall relationship with your customer portfolio and make sure that your customers both are happy and keep on growing towards maximizing their GetAccept investment. You will have full commercial ownership of your customer portfolio.
As Account Manager your days will consist of:
- Ongoing account management to ensure that our customers are satisfied.
- Work towards an Up
- and Cross-Sell budget with a strong focus on finding new opportunities within your customer portfolio.
- Educate and teach your customers about how to best utilize all features and introduce them to new product releases in a sales-oriented way.
- Develop strategic relationships with customer accounts and collaborate closely with our Customer Success Team in terms of onboarding and engagement to make sure that your customer portfolio thrives in the best way possible
- Manage renewals and proactive anti-churn work.
You will be part of our close-knitted team in Marseille focusing on the french market. Your team consists of other Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, Account Executives and Marketing coordinators - all in all, highly engaged and passionate people You will report directly to our Head of Sales France, Benjamin Perrau.

**Is it you we are looking for?**:

- Previous experience in B2B sales gained within solution-oriented sales, preferably within tech or software.
- You have a deep understanding of and take great interest in customers’ echo-systems such as CRM, document platforms, signing processes, etc.
- You are as passionate about sales as you are about customer care You sincerely believe that consultative sales are an excellent service.
- You are fluent in French and English, writing and speaking.
