Son track-record inclut jusqu’à présent des travaux cumulant plus de 790 km de tunnels ; 19 200 km de routes (y compris 4 000 km d’autoroutes) ou 4 700 km de chemins de fer (y compris 700 km de voie ferrée à grande vitesse) et 27 350 km d’entretien et de réparation des routes.Job Description:Key accountabilitiesAct as a liaison between the company Head Office and Ferrovial Construction Francia.Encourage and promote the most appropriate Employer Branding policies according to the Human Capital Strategy (attending events, universities, etc.) to attract the best talent.Manage the recruitment of new employees in accordance with the needs of the company.Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and retention of Human Capital.Identification and monitoring of internal talent. Lead the development of employees, assessing gaps and establishing adequate training and learning programs.Lead talent review and feedback process for all employees.Manage the required human capital reporting as per company requirements.Manage Workday system for human capital management. Be aware of changes in legislation and adapt the company processes to meet compliance at all the time.Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rate.Skills and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related fieldAt least 5 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources with a strong recruiting and employee relations background.Excellent communications skills, both verbal and writtenManage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the companyGood knowledge of the construction industry in FranceMust be fluent in both French and EnglishGood computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Applications#Ferrovial #France #midseniorlevel
