As a Senior Manager HR Business Partner & HR Country Head for Infineon France, you will represent the HR department, acting as key point of contact for several business units and their managers and employees in Sales & Marketing and Research & Development, as well as the works councils’ representatives in our two sites in France, Paris and near Aix-en-Provence. As the counterpart to the French works council, you will balance company and employee interests, targets and goals. You will work in partnerships across HR (e.g., with several Lead HR Business Partners and Global Functional Teams, like Talent Attraction, People Development and Rewards & Benefits) to deliver value-added services that reflect the organization's objectives jointly with the management team.
In your new role you will:

- **Act as a consultant and strategic partner to the business**, translating strategies into people and organizational priorities, while leading the discussion with leadership teams on the alignment of those priorities to achieve business goals
- Consult managers on **management skills training and development and give leadership guidance**on organizational and people-related matters as well as strategy and execution, while providing **insightful data to guide decision-making**and **proactive solutions**:

- **Support hiring, recruitment and onboarding of new hires**by partnering with Hiring Managers and Talent Attraction team
- **Implement new corporate policies and strategies**:

- Ensure **full compliance with French Labor law**, operating and developing personnel-related processes complying with the respective valid legislation
- Be the **focal point for labor law agency**and ensure a **constructive relationship with the works’ council**to achieve balanced solutions

**Your Profile**
You are a natural team player with excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to recognize the potential of collaborating across boundaries. You consider yourself an empathic listener that continuously strives to create sustainable relationships. You see and understand the root causes for potential problems and proactively develop suitable solutions for them.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A **degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration**or similar field of studies
- **Minimum of 5 years of experience in a HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role**with the ability to manage business clients
- Multidisciplinary **HR experience within an international organization**:

- A **proactive and strategic mindset, a sense of urgency and the ability to manage complex situations**:

- Deep knowledge of **French Labor Law**:

- **Ability to listen**and to establish **trustful and cooperative relationships**:

- Ability to **drive HR processes embracing digitalization**:

- Fluency in **French**and **English**languages
