**General Description**:
At Goodyear, marketing is about understanding customers and building awareness about how our products and services can satisfy their needs. We are looking for **Manager Marketing - Commercial France** to join Commercial Business Unit (Truck, Bus, Off-The-Road) and promote our value proposition to further grow business in the country.
Working in cross-functional alignment, together with European marketing team and in collaboration with Marketing Specialist under your management, you will own local end-to-end marketing management and strive to further develop the function.
This multifaced role will allow you to work on various tasks such as: industry forecasting & market research, product management, brand, as well as demand generation and customer retention programs incl. integrated campaigns, content, promotions, digital marketing, sponsoring / partnerships, events, etc. You will also collaborate closely with Communications / PR Team to reach defined objectives.
This position requires a leader with proven marketing and project management record, sharp, analytical mind, and strong entrepreneurial spirit.
**Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to**:
- Define local marketing plan in line with business unit and marketing strategy objectives incl. including campaigns, content, events, digital and communication (media, PR). Leverage pan-European initiatives. Implement marketing activation plans for commercial products, fleet digital solutions and services. Adapt and deploy marketing collateral.
- Activate digital marketing strategy through local initiatives such as sellout campaigns, CRM, website content management, traffic analysis, SEO, SEA and Social Media.
- Work closely with the sales team, enabling them to meet their business objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials, and presentations. In alignment with central team seek out new marketing opportunities that fit with the brands/products and maximize opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with the Communications team to define a communication calendar covering traditional and social media to support demand generation, loyalty, brand, new products and solutions introduction as well as support the thought leadership positioning.
- Follow product performance and competitiveness, collecting and analyzing field and end-users’ feedbacks, reporting to the European team to plan new features and changes to the offering.
- Lead MRI at local level to support the S&OP process with analytics explaining industry evolution, market trends, competitive environment and share of market. Conduct relevant market research. Build good market understanding across organization.
- Manage marketing budget: provisions, expenses, forecasts etc.
- Establish and stimulate marketing culture, Develop and manage effective marketing operations including internal and external network supporting various initiatives (e.g. content management, digital, events, etc.).
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement to develop sales force capabilities to successfully bring to market the complete value proposition.
**Basic Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years+ of work experience in marketing.
- Leader, with strong analytical and project management skills.
- Executional drive. Confident, structured, creative, and dynamic personality with strong management skills.
- Business acumen. Comfort operating with and analyzing numbers.
Proficiency in Excel.
- Problem solver.
- Excellent communicator.
- Rigorous and well-organized.
- With proven expertise in digital marketing (ie. Google tools).
- Able to work autonomously and under tight deadlines.
- Fluent in both French and English.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Master’s degree in marketing.
- Understanding and experience with B2B marketing techniques and tools.
- Industry experience (automotive, transportation, logistics, leasing).
