People Development Manager

The mission of the People development manager is to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of our knowledge management and Competencies development within the OPEX community and all the Saint-Gobain business units.
- Create, coordinate, and lead the Development of WCM champions internally within the OPEX team but as well as externally for any SG businesses (Country level, plant level)
- Conduct assessments to identify training needs and gaps in current development offerings for our WCM Champion. Organize the Annual training planning for the WCM Champion.
- Support and work with the WCM Director to maintain the WCM Champion competency matrix and improve it.
- Identify and implement best practices in people development processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Supervise the design and updating of training content (training plan, competencies matrices, e-learning, boost ) in collaboration with specialized teams, for the OPEX methods to help streamline the learning curve of our methods.
- Continuously benchmarking new technology for effective online training (AI, Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality )
- Deliver Training in all OPEX Fields: Online, Face to face, at Unicampus
- Collaborate with international and local HR and business leaders to design innovative development programs, that align with organizational goals and enhance employee skill from Shift leader to plant manager to strengthen the Continuous improvement culture and OPEX methods within the competencies of our Leader.
- Coordinate the Team effort to develop OPEX trainers within the Business to create full autonomy
- Utilize metrics and analytics to assess the impact of training programs, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements.

**Ce poste est-il fait pour vous ?**

10/15% of time spent travelling (multiple short trips and some long trips every year)

Possibility of remote work up to 1 to 2 days a week.

Ability to work in a Corporate, Multinational, Multicultural, multi-business environment.

All Saint-Gobain business units are the final clients of the people development & communication strategy.

Will work closely with the central, regional, and Local HR function to align and support the people focus and development of skills and leadership. Continuously supporting the TEC culture of Saint-Gobain.

Skills required:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in people development, organizational development, or operational excellence.
- Professional certification in Learning and Development preferred
- Professional certification in Operational Excellence methodologies (WCM, Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma ) is a plus
- International mindset / fluent in English.
- E-Learning Tools: Articulate 360, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia (or Any editing software) - Proficient in creating and delivering formal training presentations.

TIP includes the Operational Excellence Programs (OPEX) Team (Industry and Supply Chain), an 'on-demand' expertise service providing support to all Saint-Gobain businesses. The team is divided into various teams: 4 World Class Manufacturing clusters, the World Class Supply Chain, Quality, Digitalization of Operations, and Technical Training for the Group's various Industrial Activities.
