Since 1978, our Group has been constantly growing and innovating to offer its customers increasingly efficient maritime, land, air, and logistics solutions. Driven by a strong desire to design ever more effective solutions to serve a world in motion, the Group launched CMA CGM AIR CARGO in 2021, thereby expanding its transport and logistics offering.
Already equipped with a fleet of 4 long-haul aircraft (1 A330F and 3 B777F), it will be further reinforced with eight Airbus A350Fs by 2027, making CMA CGM AIR CARGO the launch operator of this new aircraft. Moreover, thanks to support from a partner, AIR CARGO now operates on the transpacific route with two additional B777Fs, which we own.
To support the growth of its business, AIR CARGO is looking for an intern to join the Human Resources Department for a 4 to 6 month internship based in Marseille.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Human resources administration
Participating in the onboarding process of new employees
Preparing employment contracts, amendments, and other HR documents
Managing employee records (creation, updates, archiving)
Responding to employee inquiries on common HR topics
Managing absences (leave, sick leave, etc.)
Assisting with payroll preparation (gathering and verifying variables)
Managing occupational health appointments
Social Security affiliations
Supporting other personnel administration tasks, depending on the team’s needs
Recruitment
Posting job advertisements
Sourcing (LinkedIn, etc.)
Initial phone screenings
**PROFILE**:
You are currently a student in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field (Bachelor’s to Master’s level).
You are detail-oriented and organized
You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team.
You are fluent in English.
