YOUR ROLE
The Chartering department, consisting of over 36 people, is organized into three distinct teams: the negotiators who handle ship chartering, the operational team who manage the technical and logístical aspects, and the financial team who ensure the financial management of ships during the charter party (CP) contracts.
Within this department, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial follow-up of charter party (CP) contracts, working closely with other teams.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?
Control the financial terms of the charter party (CP) contracts.
Prepare payment schedules for the chartered ship rental fees.
Review invoices related to these ships and schedule payments.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
You are pursuing a Master's degree (Master 2) in Finance / Management.
You are proficient in IT tools, including SAP, Qlik Sense, and Excel.
Your attention to detail, teamwork spirit, and organizational skills will be assets for succeeding in this role.
Your English is operational, both written and spoken.
You are reactive to unforeseen situations and can manage priorities effectively.
