Our HR team (5 people) is looking for a tech recruiter to join our team. The tech recruiter role will help source, process and hire professionals across our engineering team (in UK, Germany & US) supporting our defined hiring roadmap.You will work closely alongside Baptiste, our French tech recruiter. You will also be ensuring that applicants receive an unrivalled hiring and onboarding experience.
**The role: What will you work on as a tech recruiter?**
- Handle all recruiting activity in UK, Germany and work with our HR manager to support US recruiting activity,
- Take ownership of shaping the recruiting strategy across all roles and levels,
- Partner with university, schools and tech network,
- If you're interested, you can also take part on more HR related tasks (onboarding etc)
**Necessary skills and experience**:
- Ideally you will have experience 3+ years experience of both in-house or agency recruitment experience but we will consider either backgrounds,
- Your experience must have been gained within a software/tech industry,
- You speak English a daily basis: this is an international role
- A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
- Resilient nature and ability to push through adversity
- Organisation and good attention to detail
**Nice-to-have skills**:
- Experience using an ATS (we currently use Trakstar)
- German language
- Ability to write compelling job descriptions
- Interest in the IoT world

- 1 technical interview with Baptiste (Tech recruiter)
- 1 Fit interview with Clémentine
- An informal chat with the rest of the HR team
**Salary**: 36,000.00€ - 40,000.00€ per year
