Staff Product Manager

You’ll be accountable for how our product reacts to the observed behavior of people. The goal is to provide completely personalised, in-the-moment security awareness learning experiences that drive sustained, measurable behavior change. E-learning is SoSafe’s marquee and most established product. This role has executive visibility and is driving a core part of our product strategy. **What you’ll do** - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategies - Prioritize features based on customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility - Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for SoSafe's E-Learning platform - Examine data to make informed choices and set performance metrics - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional, psychologically-informed security awareness training - Collaborate with PMM and GTM teams to bring your product to market in rapid experimentation cycles - Collaborate with Product Leadership to coordinate work across multiple product teams **Your profile** - 5-7 years of experience in Product Management, ideally in the e-learning industry with B2B exposure - Strong track record in products with millions of users and/ or >$20M ARR - Demonstratable mastery of outcome-oriented prioritization and implementation - Excellent analytical and data interpretation techniques - Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities - Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management - There are a few things that are highly beneficial, but not essential, for this role: - Advanced degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field - Experience with gamification and personalized learning technologies - Experience with product internationalisation and localisation - Knowledge of cybersecurity trends and human risk management **Why Us?** At SoSafe, you'll be part of a cybersecurity team that thrives on innovation, safeguarding organizations against evolving threats and making the digital world a safer place.
