**Votre rôle et vos missions**:
Main role: Execute orders, manage liquidity and source offers, search market information for clients and colleagues.

Expertise: Focus Money Market (TCN, IRS) with capacity/ability to trade Credit IG Euro & CHF, Rates, ILS et CDS Euro, USD
- Ensure a high level of execution performance and service to the Portfolio-Management teams and other clients.
- Execution of client orders in accordance with the instructions and timeframe
- Research and dissemination of market information to help customers and colleagues in their decision making process.
- Adopt the trading operating model in place within M&LS
- Participate in various projects and team meetings, especially concerning the Money Market business.
- Analyze broker/counterparty performance using execution and market data.
- Escalate to management, as soon as possible and according to the rules defined in the incident procedure in force, the problems / incidents resulting from the activity and which impact / could impact the company, its clients, its employees or third parties.
- Take appropriate measures to reduce the risks that may arise from the conduct of the activities
- To be proactive and actively involved in improving the operational efficiency of the business.
- Participate in the post trade analysis, ensuring controls validate the best execution, analysing Transaction Costs for past transactions in order to enhance execution techniques and over time
- Be involved in and support of junior staff on a daily basis
- Fair treatment of clients

**Votre profil**:

- Professional qualifications required by regulatory authorities
- Ideally a minimum of 5 years trading experience
- High communication and negotiation skills, High level of understanding of market regulations and practices
- High level of customer services and ability to solve operational issues
- High level of analytics skills
- Ability to use trading tools (OMS, E-trading)
- Very reactive analytical and diplomatic spirit, Integrity
- Rigorous
