**The Impact You’ll Make in this Role**

As a Manufacturing operator you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

- _ As part of a shift team, and under the responsibility of the unit leaders, you will oversee all production operations in the processing workshop: cutting, injection, assembly, visual inspection, and packaging._
- _ You will scrupulously adhere to QEHS operating procedures and procedures._
- _ You will ensure that Safety, Quality, Customer Service, and Productivity objectives are met._
- _ You will independently perform self-monitoring tests in accordance with applicable procedures._
- _ You will operate production equipment and make the necessary adjustments (injection molding machines, cutting presses, crimping machines)._

**Your Skills and Expertise**
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

- Technical professional baccalaureate (mechanics, electrical engineering, plastics, MAI, etc.) or significant experience in a position operating equipment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

- Ability to integrate and work in a team.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative while respecting standards and procedures.
- Rigor in product manufacturing, the quality of your documentary recordings (production files and films), and compliance with standards.
- Strong desire to develop versatility and multi-skills through questioning and learning.
- Proactive in continuous improvement.
