Senior Fine Fragrance Stability Technician

We are now seeking a motivated and result driven talent to join our Scent division as **Senior Stability Technician** for the **Fine Fragrance category**. You will be part of the Scent Technology & Innovation Fine fragrance EAME team, based in Neuilly-sur-Seine.
You will oversee commercial and proactive projects managing the following activities:
- Provide technical support to the creation and ensure projects coordination, interacting with other IFF departments (creative teams, sales, operations, R&D) and customers.
- Ensure fragrance stability and performance optimization mainly in alcoholic solutions but also in technologies and new product concepts. It consists of preparing and evaluating stability samples.
- Ensure color match and define best additive for stabilization.
- Prepare reports and/or presentations for internal and/or external customers.
- Be the key person of contact with the customer technical team to build understanding on the projects assisting products developments and providing feedbacks to creative and commercial teams.
- Contribute to market intelligence, patent research and data generation.
**Job Requirements**:
- Knowledge in lab safety
- Project management
- Interpersonal Savvy
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Use of Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Fluent in English
**Required Experience**
- Bachelor in science and technology, Chemistry, or related discipline
- 5-10 years’ experience in the fragrance or cosmetic industry.
