**Finalité du poste**:
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will develop and lead the implementation of HM.CLAUSE’s business strategy in the commercial excellence area.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions to strengthen and optimize the deployment of a new customer excellence programs across the Business Unit.

You will carry out these activities in compliance with legislation within the countries where the company operates, and in accordance with the company's values related to environmental sustainability, employee well-being, and with its CSR and Corporate Responsibility principles.

The essential duties and responsibilities of this position are:

- Lead and establish an overall vision and strategy to deploy a customer excellence culture throughout the organization, define the organization & resources to leverage the customer journey to develop sound strategies for the business growth acceleration
- Represent the newly created division within the overall Business Unit, cultivating bottom-up communication and facilitating the coordination of activities across global divisions and regions to favor Teamwork, Accountability, Collaboration and Transparency (TACT) with effective transversal support.
- Drive current customer excellence solutions across the world enabling the sales teams to make their long-term revenue targets across all markets and customer segments
- Develop the brand strategy and its re-positioning as well as the product brands strategy and its ranges
- Collaborate closely with the internal communication team to assure consistency and coherence of internal and brand messages and employer’s brand.
- Drive the commercial digitalization
- Manage People & Talent Development in the division.

**Profil**:

- Minimum Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Ag Science, Agronomy or another business-related field
- Experience in commercial excellence, project management, finance knowledge, digitalization and strong customer focus (min. 10 years)
- Experience in Seed or Lifescience industry (min. 10 years)
- Customer Focus Internal / External
- Commercial and marketing excellence oriented
- Business & Financial Acumen
- Influencing & Negotiating skills
- Effective communication
- Strong project management skills and experience
- Lead change management with teams
- Management and leadership skills
- Comfortable working in an international and cross-cultural environment
- Fluent in French and English; additional language (Spanish) desired
