Notre client est une société internationale. Nous recrutons un Head of IT H/F pour la DSI groupe située sur la région lyonnaise.
**Poste**:
Vous managez les équipes (N1/N2/N3 technique et N2 applicatif) afin de délivrer les services techniques (infrastructure et postes de travail) et les applicatifs auprès des collaborateurs du groupe. Vos équipes sont en France et à l’international.
Rattaché au CIO, vous pilotez les 3 composantes suivantes en vous appuyant sur des managers opérationnels:
- Le Customer Care, en charge du traitement des demandes de Niveau 1
- Les Opérations, en charge de l'ensemble du support et de la supervision
- L'Ingénierie, en charge des projets techniques d'évolution infra et réseau.
Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec le département Business Solution sur la mise à jour de nos solutions.
Habitué à travailler dans un contexte d'urgence, vous êtes reconnu pour votre côté analytique mais aussi par votre approche globale (holistique).
**Profil**:
De formation supérieure en informatique, vous avez une expérience significative dans la mise en place et la transformation d'une organisation IT.
Vous êtes reconnu pour votre capacité à travailler dans un environnement challengeant et international. Vous savez faire preuve de résilience et de hauteur de vue dans votre quotidien. Vous savez vous adapter à vos interlocuteurs.
De surcroit, vous êtes sensibilisé aux contraintes de sécurité.
Un Anglais courant est nécessaire pour ce poste à dimension internationale.
