**Qui recherchons nous**
Avec effet immédiat, nous recherchons un Business Analyst confirmé en matière de Reporting et Performance des OPCVM et des portefeuilles. Ce poste en CDD nécessite une expérience de 5 à 7 ans à un poste équivalent chez un « asset servicer », dans une société de gestion ou dans un cabinet de conseil.
Vous traiterez les demandes d'évolutions des reportings commerciaux (factsheets) des sociétés de gestion et ferez le lien entre le client et les équipes de développement. Vous coordonnerez une partie de l'activité pour gérer les plannings, la relation avec les fournisseurs internes et la communication interne/externe de l'équipes.
Vos connaissances des OPCVM, des produits financiers et de la gestion/coordination de projet vous permettront d'accompagner des besoins clients variés incluant des problématiques de performance, de données de marché, réglementaires et de développement durable.
Vous intégrez une équipe de 8 collaborateurs dans un contexte stimulant et international.
**Ce dont vous serez responsable**
En tant que Business Analyst Reporting et Performance vous
- Coordonner et organiser un ensemble de projets
- Gérez la communication externe et interne de l'équipe
- Recueillez et analyser les demandes clients
- Etablissez un budget et définissez une solution pour les soumettre au client
- Accompagnez les équipes de développement dans la phase d'implémentation
- Participez aux phases de tests à valider par le client

**Éducation et qualifications préférées**
- Titulaire d'une formation supérieure spécialisée dans la finance / gestion ou en banque (Bac+ 5 minimum)
- Expérience de 5 à 7 ans dans un poste similaire au sein d'une société de gestion d'actifs ou d'asset servicing
- Connaissances requises dans le domaine des instruments financiers, des OPCVM, du reporting et de la gestion de projet
- Maitrise des outils informatiques classiques et plus spécifiquement Excel et VBA avec une bonne connaissance de SQL
- Anglais courant
