Seize this thrilling opportunity to contribute to our Investment Banking business as a Vice President working alongside top-tier professionals in a dynamic team. As the Vice President within the Leveraged Finance team you will play a crucial role in financing corporates and financial sponsors engaging with client management teams and collaborating with senior bankers. Leveraged Finance encompasses J.P. Morgans leveraged loan and high yield bond product groups within the firms Investment Banking Line of Business. You will be instrumental in the debt capital markets for our clients working on refinancings mergers and acquisitions leveraged buyouts and dividend recapitalizations among other transactions. Your role involves high-level interaction with senior bankers across product and industry groups as well as with executive management at our clients. As a seasoned Investment Banking professional youll have experience developing strong relationships with corporates and financial sponsor clients and working across different industries and transaction types. Job responsibilities Develop client relationships and originate new business opportunities Perform credit analysis and credit packaging Prepare offering and marketing materials for loans or high yield bonds Prepare and participate in pitches and other marketing activities Review and analyze financial models Execute end-to-end debt transactions Required qualifications capabilitiesand skills Fluent in French Relevant investment banking experience Proficient analytical and technical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines Highly motivated adaptable able to multi-task and manage project independently Comfort in and commitment to teamwork environment High level of attention to detail and time management Preferred qualifications capabilitiesand skills Highly prefer candidates with experience in Leveraged Finance M&A / industry Required Experience : Exec Key Skills Forecasting,Financial Services,GAAP,Accounting,IFRS,Regulatory Reporting,Financial Analysis,Financial Modeling,Budgeting,Financial Report Interpretation,Financial Management,Financial Planning Employment Type Full-Time Experience years Vacancy 1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
