Valeo’s site located in Bobigny is the headquarter of the Light Division with over 520 people working in innovation, R&D and laboratory testing of lighting systems (headlamps, rear lighting, interior lighting, etc.).

We are recruiting an **Internal Communication Manager M/F **who will be responsible for managing the annual internal communications plan, as well as creating and deploying content relating to the Division's activities (strategy, solutions, products, teams, sites, etc.).

**Your responsibilities**:

- Production of the annual internal communications plan
- Creation of editorial content, visuals, posters, pictograms, presentations, banners, videos, etc.
- Supporting product group management teams in terms of internal communication messages and tools (preparation and distribution of articles and newsletters, mailings, managerial communication events, etc.).
- Contributing to the preparation and coordination of the Division's internal events, aimed at informing the management teams and/or reinforcing the corporate culture (conventions, seminars, workshops, conferences, meetings with Top Management, communication campaigns, etc.)
- Coordinating the Division's internal communications network

**About you**:
With a graduate of a business or communications school (5 years‘ higher education), you have at least 5 years’ professional experience in the field of internal communications.

You have excellent writing skills (English and French) and are recognised for your organization and intellectual curiosity.

Your level of English is fluent and you are also able to express yourself fluently when speaking to people based all over the world.
