As a **Project Manager (M/F) in the Lighting Systems Division's Research & Innovation Department **, you will act as the interface between the customer (internal or external) and the multidisciplinary R&D team (optics, mechanics, simulation, systems, hardware, software, etc.). **Your challenges** - Define and adapt project objectives, in agile mode, taking account of business data: build macro-planning, define main deliverables and their phasing. - Organize and prioritize the project team's technical activities (product backlog). - Promote a creative spirit of innovation within the team, detect opportunities and guarantee intellectual protection (patents). - Develop a collaborative ecosystem after identifying relevant academic and industrial partners - Support customers in defining their needs, selecting technical solutions and integrating them into the development process - Monitor the progress of development team activities and provide regular reports to management - Manage the budget and its forecasts to ensure project objectives are met, preventing overruns - Prepare management review committees and represent the project through clear and concise communication to ensure milestones are met. - Manage risks, deploying effective problem-solving processes with full transparency - Ensure compliance with internal development procedures and participate in their improvement. **What about you**: With a five years degree (Engineer or Master) in Optics, Electronics or Mechanics, you have at least 5 years' experience in R&D development, ideally in a multidisciplinary environment. You have had initial experience as a Project Manager or Product Owner, during which you acquired a global product vision and the ability to promote a customer and user-oriented approach. You are recognized for your leadership skills, your ability to convince and negotiate with stakeholders, and your ability to unite a team around your strategy. You are passionate about new technologies, and want to play an active part in their development and dissemination.
