**Your Role**:
As a **Sales Engineer**, you play a crucial role in bridging the gap between Sales and Engineering, ensuring we achieve our sales objectives for **Large Accounts and Enterprise clients in France and internationally**.

Your primary mission is to support our sales teams in **solution design, product demonstration, and handling technical inquiries**. Additionally, you will contribute to **internal projects** aimed at optimizing our commercial performance.

Our team is expanding significantly in 2025, with multiple openings for:

- ** Sales Engineer - LCA & Carbon Calculators**:

- **Sales Engineer - Carbon & ESG Management** (these two areas are combined as they are frequently sold together).

**Your Objectives***:

- **Contribute to Large Accounts and Enterprise Sales Success**: Your **main KPI** will be the number of closed deals you’ve contributed to, directly impacting your bonus.
- **Enhance Internal Processes**: Support key projects to **strengthen Greenly’s commercial performance** in Large Accounts and Enterprise sales.

***Your Responsibilities***:
**Solution Design**:
Your goal is to tailor **the perfect offer** for each prospect by leveraging Greenly’s **technology, consulting expertise, and partner network**.
As a Sales Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:

- **Technical qualification**: Assessing client needs and feasibility.
- **Technical offer design & presentation**: Crafting customized solutions.
- **Deployment planning**: Ensuring seamless implementation.
- **Technical sales support**: Assisting with contracts and collaborating with Product, Delivery, and Partners to ensure feasibility.

**Product Demonstration**:
You will be responsible for delivering **engaging and impactful technical product demos**, helping clients visualize how Greenly’s solutions fit their needs.

**Technical Questions**:
As the **technical authority** during sales calls, you will provide expertise on **Greenly’s offerings, methodologies, and implementation processes**.

**Internal Project**:
Sales Engineers report to our Head of Offers & Solution Design. The team gathers 2 different roles:

- Sales Engineers
- Product Marketing

The objectives of this team are the following:

- Design Greenly's Offers and create the appropriate Sales Content (PMM Driven)
- Train the Sales Teams on Offers and Technical topics (PMM Driven)
- Ensure that Greenly's value can be properly demonstrated with Demo environments (Sales Engineers Driven)
- Provide Technical Support to the sales Teams (Sales Engineers Driven, in collaboration with Team Leads)
- Take part to Greenly's Large Accounts and Enterprise' commercial objectives.

As a Sales Engineer, you might be involved in the following internal projects:

- Offers Framing - Improve our Offers packages, especially human support, in collaboration with Product and Delivery teams
- Technical Trainings content and workshops, on our Offers / Sub-Offers you have / you will develop an expertise on.
- Technical Sales Content
- Proven Experience: between 3 and 5 years of experience as a consultant in technical sales or in climate strategy / ESG / LCAs.
- You have proven experience and master the process of responding to RFP.
- Carbon Management / ESG / LCAs knowledge : you have a thorough understanding of GHG Assessment methodology, SBTi or CSRD has no secret for you, you know how a climate strategy project can be rolled out at a large company, etc.
- Language Proficiency (including excellent writing skills) in both French and English.
- Pedagogical Skills: Ability to explain complex technical details in an understandable manner to customers.
- Leadership Qualities: ‍‍ Demonstrated motivational leadership that drives team performance and cohesion.
- Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills, with a track record of working effectively with sales and marketing departments.
