Principal mission : As part of ArcelorMittal Méditerranée's transition to a decarbonized production system, the "Decarbonization Finance Manager" will have to create the cost price models for the new processes. Together with the "Business transition" team and the “Public financing manager”, he/she will help defining the most suitable operating points and will play a major role in the search for the public financing required for the transition. He/she will also be involved in the project's budgetary control and its internal and towards France 2030 reporting. Details of activities: 1. Decarbonization Cost simulation Controller: support business with costing modelling update of new footprint and costing simulation transition phasis depending on scenarios requested by business. Industrial controlling 2. Funding process management: creation of funding files (documentation, valuation, link with 3rd parties), follow-up of the fundings process (ie expenses justification to get grants, provide all documentation & cost follow up to auditors & authorities, coordination of audits). Strong link with Finance team and government affairs. 3. cost follow up: set up analytical organization to track Opex & Capex spend. SAP Key user and support project team: financial performance, KPI follow up, financial reporting respecting IFRS and local gaps & link with local accounting (expertise in big project follow up). Report to executive management, ministries and France 2030. Technical skills: - Costing - IFRS - State aids - Project management Operational know-how when hiring: - Change Management skills - Good understanding of cost models, and ability to create new ones - IFRS - Knowledge and understanding of public and private funding mechanisms for projects Expected qualities: - Ability to work independently without supervision on his core trade - Ability to evolve in a local to European transversal organization - Ability to gather figures and share conclusion with non-specialists Level of study required: BAC+5 - Engineer
