**Position**:
Within the Property & Facility Dpt of Christian Dior Couture and reporting to the Director of projects and construction, based in Paris, we are recruiting a Building Manager with a specific focus on interior design.
You will ensure the development of Christian Dior Couture's offices while respecting the brand image and its architectural concept through renovation projects or new office openings, with the aim of optimizing space, time and cost.
**Missions**:
- Site management in compliance with defined architectural concepts and with a view to continuous improvement of spaces and working methods.
- Develop new rules for space management to the highest standard: cleaning, reception, maintenance and everything included in facility management but also a conscious vision of brand image needs and creativity in the development of dedicated projects.
- Produce reference documents for each different project regarding the managed buildings: from managing desks and meeting rooms to developing exceptional and site - specific projects.
- Independently manage project implementation with internal and external stakeholders (external architects and designers, construction companies, legal and financial departments) until project delivery
- Work in tandem with project managers and others responsible for various facilities contracts to ensure maximum coordination of activities.
- Drafting technical documents describing the standards to be followed in the design and operation of Dior buildings
- Ensure the quality of finishes and compliance with the approved drawing.
Academic qualifications: bachelor’s degree in architecture or interior design.
Professional Experience: Must have at least 3 years’ experience in architecture and building management, preferably in organized settings such as large companies with international dimensions. Experience from the Contractor side in French (general contractor or millworker) may be also of an advantage.

Knowledge:
- You have a perfect command of the Office package, Autocad, Photoshop and at least one 3d modeling program (archicad, 3ds or similar).
- You are able to propose solutions and have a proactive approach to problems.
- You are able to present a project and its details concisely and effectively.
- You must have an excellent command of French and English, another language is helpful.

- You are a team player and have great integrity. You are diplomatic and are able to manage a matrix organization, handling relationships with architects, consultants, and construction professionals.
- You are able to work under pressure to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Organization is one of your strengths and you know how to prioritize.
