**ENTER THE GAME**

As a Casino Product Owner your role is to identify significant opportunities in your team's scope, and drive product vision, strategies and roadmaps in this context.

You will join the Squad “Enrich” within the tribe “Gaming”, with the objective to build gamified and engaging promotional features, to optimize our casino retention and monetization.

**YOUR ROLE AT BETCLIC**

In this context, your duties are:

- Build a solid knowledge of your users, your competition and Betclic's products.
- Be responsible for the when (when this feature will be available?) and deliver the what.
- Oversee the next 3-month delivery track to deliver the best feature solving the problems and opportunities identified with the Head of Product and Product Manager
- Owns the backlog, makes sure backlog is clear, up to date, and contains quality specifications by urging squad members to contribute.
- Ensures that the features are delivered on time with a high quality.
- Manages timelines, uncovering and unblocking any issues along the way.
- With the Engineering Manager (EM), lead and enable the team to deliver the most value by creating a collaborative, innovative, and efficient working culture and team performance in the squad
- Participate in the Discovery track (study) with the Product Manager and the EM to define the best solutions to solve a problem and evaluate their feasibility

This job is for you if:

- You have 3+ years experience as a product owner or in a product management role
- A previous experience in IGaming with Casino products is a MUST
- You have good knowledge and experience in Product Management processes and techniques
- You have experience in SCRUM and its tools (JIRA, Confluence )
- You are proactive and curious and mainly like to work within and with a team.
- You have strong organization skills, you are autonomous and rigorous
- And finally, you are completely fluent in English
