**ENTER THE GAME**

As a Product Manager your role is to identify significant opportunities for our casino products, and drive product vision, strategies and roadmaps in this context.

You will join the Casino Tribe with the ambition to build a simple, personalized and gamified experience for our various users and markets.

**YOUR ROLE AT BETCLIC**

In this context, your duties are:

- Build a solid knowledge of your users, your competition and Betclic's products.
- Strengthen internal position as go-to person regarding product management topics within and outside of your team.
- Integrate data, usability studies, research, and market analysis into product strategies.
- Conduct and assume full ownership of the product discovery process within your scope:

- Choose best topics for the discovery before each quarters with your Head of Product
- Organize and lead workshops with multiple actors from Betclic's teams (Ux, data, marketing, IT )
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), develop roadmaps, and guide the team through key milestones.
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Identify and track key performance metrics. Drive decision-making through user insights, quantitative analysis and AB testing.
- Work with the PO and the development teams to implement the solution identified in the discovery process.
- Communicate on your solutions and results with your management line.

This job is for you if:

- You have 3+ years experience in product development as a product manager or business analyst
- You have a previous experience in IGaming with Casino products - this is a MUST
- You have good knowledge and experience in Product Management processes and techniques
- You have experience in SCRUM and its tools (JIRA, Confluence )
- You are data oriented to identify and follow up the impact of your work on our team's KPI's
- You have strong organization skills, you are autonomous and rigorous
- And finally, you are completely fluent in English
