**Your Mission**
- Organize and process the management and follow-up of customer calls
- Reception of customer service
- Organize the monitoring schedule of after sales service
- Track and restart service records
- Participate in continuous improvement in the quality of management and organization of our after sales service
- Inventory

**Your background and competencies/skills**

EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree +2 min

EXPERIENCE
- At least 5 years’ retail experience, preferably in luxury industry

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE
- Exposure in watch / high jewellery an advantage
- English fluent

PERSONALITY
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Energetic, pleasant and outgoing personality
- Patient
- Communication
