**Contexte**
As a Governance, Risk and Compliance Engineer, you will join the security team, and will report directly to Benjamin, our RSSI. You will have the opportunity to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations, including ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and DORA. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that the company adheres to best practices in information security and minimizes the risks associated with its activities.
**Your future missions**
**Compliance with standards and regulations**
- Ensure the implementation and maintenance of information security standards such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and DORA.
- Conduct regular compliance assessments to identify gaps and propose appropriate action plans.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure security policies and procedures comply with regulatory requirements.
**Risk Management**
- Implement monitoring and reporting mechanisms to track risk levels and report security issues.
**Security governance and policies**
- Contribute to the development of the company’s information security policies in compliance with ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and DORA.
- Ensure that security policies are communicated and understood by all employees.
- Establish governance mechanisms to monitor the effectiveness of policies and implement improvements as needed.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining the ISMS documentation framework.
**Training and awareness**
- Organize training and awareness sessions on information security best practices.
- Educate employees on security risks and the importance of compliance with security standards and regulations.
**Stakeholders collaboration**
- Work closely with department managers to ensure their activities align with security requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate security into projects and IT systems.
**[Desired Profile]**
**You are a great match if**:
Education: Master’s degree from a top-tier engineering school.
Experience: a first experience as an intern or in apprenticeship
Knowledge of ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and DORA standards.
Familiarity with one or more risk analysis methodologies (EBIOS RM, ISO 27005, etc.).
Languages: Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to collaborate with diverse teams, an excellent team player.
You thrive on challenges, have an entrepreneurial mindset, and enjoy the energy of scale-ups.
Bonus Points: Previous experience in an international or European setting is a plus.

Benjamin graduated from TélécomSud Paris in 2017 with a specialization in cybersecurity. He worked as a consultant at Wavestone before joining Skaleet as CISO in November 2024.
