**Façonnes-y ta place**

En tant que **HR Operations Specialist**, tu joueras un rôle transverse dans l’organisation aux côtés de Noémie (HR Ops Lead) et de son équipe.

Voici un aperçu de tes missions:
**Piloter notre SIRH LUCCA** : paramétrage, déploiement de nouvelles fonctionnalités, accompagnement utilisateurs, relation avec le prestataire, veille fonctionnelle.

**Structurer et piloter la data RH** : création de dashboards, suivi des KPIs clés, reporting à destination des managers et de la direction.

**Piloter le plan de formation**: recueil et priorisation des besoins, gestion du budget, mise en œuvre des sessions, échanges avec l’OPCO.

**Gérer l’administration du personnel pour ton périmètre**: onboarding, gestion contractuelle, suivi administratif.

**Contribuer aux projets RH structurants**: optimisation des processus, automatisation, digitalisation, documentation, accompagnement du changement.

Tu as déjà travaillé sur un ou plusieurs SIRH (et si c’est LUCCA, c’est encore mieux), tu es à l’aise avec les outils digitaux, la data, et les environnements en mouvement. Organisé(e), proactif/ve, avec un vrai sens du service et de la rigueur, et tu es orienté(e) résultats, tout en gardant l’humain au centre de tes priorités.
