Entreprise lyonnaise pionnière dans son domaine, cette société a développé une plateforme d’échange de données entre entreprises ainsi qu'une marketplace de data. Suite à une levée de fonds, ils recherchent deux product managers pour prendre le lead d'une des features team.

Tâches

Votre rôle sera d’optimiser la valeur du produit et le travail de votre feature team.

**Au quotidien vos missions seront de**:

- Collecter les besoins fonctionnels et techniques
- Participer à la consolidation de la roadmap
- Communiquer aux stakeholders internes les orientations stratégiques, fonctionnelles et techniques
- Participer aux phases de conception avec l’équipe Product Experience et les autres experts internes en fonction des projets (équipes engineering, QA, research,)
- Prioriser le backlog de votre équipe, découper et rédiger les users stories et les prioriser
- Animer votre team, suivi des développements, rétrospectives et améliorer les pratiques
- Valider les fonctionnalités avant mise en production
- Veiller au partage des informations et à la visibilité des indicateurs
- Être le/la porte parole de la vision produit en interne

Exigences
- Expérience de 3 à 5 ans comme Product Owner / Product Manager.
- Bon communicant(e) et vous savez motiver des équipes pluridisciplinaires
- Organisé(e), rigoureux(se), diplomate et pédagogue
- Vos actions sont orientées compréhension des utilisateurs, de leurs besoins et attentes
- Bon niveau d’anglais exigé pour participer à des ateliers avec nos clients à l’international
