**Job Summary**
Do you like challenges? Are you known for your hunter mentality, tenacity, and immense strength of conviction? If so, then this job is for you As a Senior Demand Sales Executive, you will operate and grow business with French digital and CTV buyers within French media agencies and engage in a variety of tasks including building creative sales strategies that are focused on consumer satisfaction and revenue generation for the business, and driving the qualification, negotiation & development of opportunities, reporting to the Manager, Demand Sales France. You will work closely with the Programmatic sales team, the Advertiser sales lead, the Account Management team and the Supply team to drive incremental revenue opportunities.
**Approaching & selling to Agencies**
- Position our company as a reference of choice for buying premium video inventory and be fluent about the media and programmatic ecosystem in France to be able to tailor a media proposal for each opportunity.
- This role will demonstrate deep competency in TV, video and programmatic demand sales strategy and a strong network with the top 6 holding groups and key independent media agencies
- Build strategic business relationship with agencies
- Able to work with other business units within Comcast to leverage synergies and common expansion strategy and revenue goals.
- Coordinate with Demand Account Management teams that ad spend is delivered smoothly.
**Reporting & Analysis**
- Owner for forecasting and reporting of revenue targets for the managed/programmatic business of your assigned accounts
- Execute on quantitative and qualitative objectives set by your manager which will guide your go to market approach
- Follow spends & KPIs and provide alerts to drive revenue up
- Understand buying methods of your clients and orientate them to bring more revenues
**About You**
Here is what you will need to be successful in this position:
- Digital and/or linear TV sales experience with French agencies and/or trading desks. A background selling video or TVmedia solutions (Broadcaster, publisher, SSP, Ad-network) will be an advantage.
- Very strong contact base among agencies, trading desks.
- A strong teamwork attitude.
- Passion for video advertising and technology.
- Committed to delivering results for our clients.
- Deep understanding of programmatic video ecosystem.
- Speak fluent French and English.
