Feasibility Studies Manager

Many of PUR’s projects fall within the categories of insetting, regenerative agriculture, agroforestry, forest conservation and landscape restoration. PUR is a B Corp Company which employs over 170 people and a presence in 15 countries.

PUR is looking for a Feasibility Studies Manager to conduct feasibility studies and design PUR’s new project developments. You will report to the **Senior Manager **based in Spain.

Your main responsibilities will be:
**Feasibility Studies Execution**:

- Set-up, plan, coordinate and monitor the implementation of feasibility studies, from scratch or based on existing local partners / client suppliers.
- Work closely with in-field partners and teams to conduct feasibility studies and design projects, control quality of execution, and improve related proceedings
- Conduct desk-reviews to assess national and local context, climate and AFOLU policies, risks and opportunities to develop a project in defined areas.
- Support the local project teams in the identification and in the pursuit of opportunities to scale projects or new opportunities (local partners and suppliers in priority geographies).

**Deliverable Management***:

- Be accountable to other PUR teams for the completion of project client deliverables, in particular outstanding feasibility reports encompassing assessment grids, project design features, roadmaps, governance schemes and detailed cost structures.
- Maintain internal tools & methodologies updated, including by proposing and conducting improvements on existing ones.

**Monitoring, planning and resources management***:
- Be responsible for the resource management of the assigned assessments (workload and financial resources assigned)

**Partnerships and Representation***:
- If needed and requested by PUR, identify, build relationships and coordinate with the local partners (cooperatives, associations, implementing partners) in close collaboration with the local projects team
- Participate in building a network of external feasibility assessment professionals, upon requirement and in close collaboration with regional project teams.

If you have demonstrated strong formalization capacity (report writing), you are passionate about designing impactful landscape restoration projects, you are autonomous and able to work in safety-sensitive countries and you want to join a driven-mission organization in Agroforestry and Regenerative Agriculture projects, **this position is for you**
- Master’s Degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields including but not limited to sustainability, agriculture, agroforestry, environmental sciences, business administration
- High level of autonomy and mobility (50% field travels / year involving walking and hiking, thus requiring good physical condition)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or consulting
- Prior experiences in feasibility studies (preferred) and/or AFOLU project is a plus
- Languages : must be fluent in English and in at least another language among the following: Spanish, Portuguese, French. Any additional language would be an asset.
