This position reports to and will be working closely with our VP Sales & business development, Near EU.

**A Day in the Life**:

- Be at the head of a team of 5 people and guide them through their day-to-day organization
- Help your team develop their portfolio and find contact information for potential key clients throughout multiple industries
- Work with your team to make sure to provide professional after-sales support and maximize customer loyalty
- Make your business grow by proactively proposing Near’s new products to your clients
- Collect feedback from your clients and prospects and work closely with the sales direction to make strategic decisions
- Develop long-term profitable relationships with your clients
- Keep track of prospective and current clients through the company’s CRM

**What you bring to the Role**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in sales, management experience a plus
- Experience in digital media mandatory
- Strong team spirit and natural leader instinct
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Ability to see solutions instead of problems
- Proven experience generating business and maintaining sales
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Strong experience with G-suite, Powerpoint, and Excel
- Experience with a CRM (Customer Relationship Management Software) would be useful
