Strategy and Corporate Development Internship

**Inthy - Renewable Energies and Zero-Emission Mobility**

Inthy is an innovative player in the energy transition, following two strategic development axes:

- Renewable energy projects with strong ties to the agricultural sector
- Turnkey solutions for heavy-duty zero-emission mobility (trucks, buses, garbage trucks) using electric and hydrogen power

The group relies on a highly qualified team of professionals specialized in the energy and transport sectors, offering unique expertise to its clients and partners to support them in their energy transition efficiently and competitively.

Inthy makes its software offer a strategic pillar to differentiate itself and support its clients and partners towards reliable and competitive zero-emission heavy-duty mobility. The group thus has an experienced team working on data analysis and the development of a proprietary platform for managing electric and hydrogen mobility ecosystems.

Today, Inthy has around fifty employees, spread across three main sites: Paris, Dijon, and Belfort.

**The main responsibilities of the position**

We are targeting more and more projects and need to strengthen our corporate development team. You will have the opportunity to quickly onboard responsibilities and to work with our team to support the company’s overall development.

The internship will be broken down in 3 phases:
**Day to day support**
- You will contribute to internal and external deliverables, notably to clients, prospects and/or potential partners
- You will support individual projects (whether greenfield project development or potential partnership / acquisitions)
- You will prioritise and organise resources

**In depth technical and financial analysis**
- You will prepare studies in selected prospective energy topics
- You will prepare business plans for different activities
- You will support in identifying new growth opportunities

**Developing an expertise in energy**
- You will become an expert on energy & capacity market in Europe
- You will work on the value chain of renewable electricity and low carbon hydrogen

This internship position is open for immediate start.

**Your profile**

You are the right person for this position if your profile fits the following:

- MS. Or PHD in top-ranked engineering or business school
- A particular interest for the energy sector, clean energy technologies and the energy transition,
- A previous experience in energy, strategy consulting or corporate finance (M&A)
- Fluent English and French
- Curious and entrepreneurial spirit
