We are looking for a **Project Manager Mobilisation** (M/F) **on a permanent contract for Flexi France entity, a subsidiary of TechnipFMC group based in Le Trait (76) near Rouen.

With approximately 850 employees available on the site of Le Trait (76) on the banks of the Seine, Flexi France produces flexible pipes designed for the Deep Offshore for an international and diversified clientele in the Offshore oil and gas production industry.

As a project manager, you will have the following responsibilities:

- Responsible for the safe and effective execution of nominated vessel CAPEX projects from concept / feasibility stages, budget management, reporting and close out
- Management of vessel mobilisations, equipment modifications, upgrades and refurbishment work & CAPEX projects.
- Build the scope of work, schedule, risks assessment, internal and external resources plan, selection of suitable subcontractors, reporting, budget management, invoicing and close out.
- Promote correct QHSE behaviours through personal example
- Issue « Plan de Prévention » for external subcontractor working on FlexiFrance site.
- Issue a Project Management Plan for critical / large project.
- Organize kick off, readiness, follow-up and close out meetings.
- Implement quality controls accordingly throughout life of the project.
- Ensure change management is implemented in accordance with procedure.
- Follow-up and invoicing of material list management.
- Supply of services and equipment requested by Projects.
- Propose optimized technical solutions to Projects.
- Promote the use of TechnipFMC’s equipment for offshore operations
- Supervise and allocate package to Project Engineer / Technician.
- Place order to suppliers with frame agreement. (Lifting, Welding, NDT, )
- Comply with SIMOPS process in OSLT.
- Comply with work permit system in place onboard vessels.
- Comply with TechnipFMC and FlexiFrance QHSE&S standards
- Promote continuous improvement initiative.
- Comply with site rules.

**You are meant for this job if you have**:

- Engineering degree with specialization in technical field
- _More than 2 years of professional experience in engineering or related fields, 3 to 5 years of experience as field/vessel/project engineer._
- **Technical skills**: Good knowledge in mechanics / structure, HSE knowledge (equivalent N2)
- **Specific skills**:Project management, risk management, problem solving, leading project team, coordination of subcontractors, co-activity management.****:

- **IT skills **:W_indows, Office, MS Project, ERP_
- **Language requirement** : Fluency in English
- **Soft skills **:Unifier, Leadership, Responsiveness, availability, good interpersonal skills, rigor, Independent, ability to negotiate, involvement, reliability, ability manage several projects simultaneously, Team work, ability to manage complexity.
