If you’re looking to take your career further than you imagined, if you’re passionate about creating cleaner transport, we’d like to hear from you. **Accelerating sustainable mobility for all.** **Description du poste**: The Project Samples and Configuration Coordinator will harmonize all necessary company functions (production, engineering, quality,...) to fulfill the demands of samples (validation, customer,) required to deliver the Project, managing the configuration table for all customer projects in the execution phase **The role** - Supports the Project Manager and the Planning Manager in the definition of the sample production plan. The Sample Coordinator consolidates all sample needs from the different functions of the company (e.g.: V&V) and the customer. (The Project Manager remains responsible for sample quantities definition, allocation arbitration, sample-related budget, and production time window). - The Sample Coordinator ensures that the sample production requirements are considered by the production team. This includes all specific sample configurations (normal, instrumented, dummy, inert cells, etc.). - Is the focal point in interaction with Quality, Logistics, and Engineering functions to optimize the sample usage (derogation, stock status, localization of parts), he arbitrates at his level & escalates to Project Manager or Technical manager for arbitration if required. - Creates, manages, and owns the configuration table for all projects (reference configuration, specific testing products, potential product, and process macro evolutions for next sample phases). - Contributes to the capitalization and elaboration of Sample Management and Configuration Management standards within Customer Projects. - Undertakes any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested. **Profil recherché**: >5 years of works experience in automotive and/or battery industry Including several years in product engineering and/or project management VBA proficiency Engineering degree or BAC+3 with the corresponding hands-on experience on a similar role in the industry Team player, good communication, analytical and attention to details
