**Job description**:
**Context**:
Reports to Global Direct Material Senior Purchasing Manager

**Overall job definition**:

- Support Purchasing Project Leader on Purchasing commodities coordination and Suppliers relationship.
- Build and coordinate KPI and Report management.
- Coordinate and follow Sample PO. Implement Tooling follow up in ERP (PLM).
- Create Supplier account.

**Cross functional role**:
Support PPL with Supply Chain, Quality and engineering department

Main missions:

- Define/Establish
- Support the Establishment of Project Sourcing Plan (A/B & C/D + Mass Production ) with Commodity Buyer and all relevant ACC Stakeholders
- Build
- Help to Build Purchasing Project Dashboard and monitore Budget Achievement/Performance
- Help to Build and monitore Cost reduction Roadmap for its project
- Build supplier Account
- Build tooling list in PLM
- Guarantee
- Coordinate and monitore with Supply chain support Purchase Order activity and Gigafactories deliveries for A/B sample, C/D Sample & Mass Production
- Replace PPL in Project Core team in all relevant project meeting if needed.
- Ensure full collaboration/interaction (action pooling) between Project and Purchasing.
- Cascade and Secure Project requirement to commodity buyers
- Ensure purchasing team inputs are fully considered by Project
- Bring maximum efficiency to purchasing actions for the benefit of the project.
- Lead
- Participation to Sourcing Committee and edit decision/instruction reporting, s through planner
- Lead Monthly meetings with commodity buyer and Suppliers (restricted scope only
- to be define)
- Contribute
- Help to Collects the logistic and technical specifications and supports their constructions
- Help to Coordinate & Manage Project RFI, RFQ process
- Contribute to ACC Cost competitiveness by achieving Project Sourcing budget and cost reduction target
- Challenge Commodity Buyer & Supplier on Energy, CO2 and ESG (Scope1/2/3 roadmap achievement & compliancy)
- Share
- Share and Promote supplier innovation, bringing technical and/or economical ACC advantage

**Profile**:
**Knowledge**:

- Purchasing Key Process (Panel Management, Sourcing, Contract)
- Project Management (V-Shape, Agile )

**Experience**:

- Expérience : N/A
- Internship in Industry or Automotive or Battery Business or Material/Chemistry industries.

**Qualifications**:

- Diplomas : Bachelor in Engineering and/or Business Field And in study in Master Purchasing specialization
- Languages : English mandatory / French, German, Italian, Chinese as a plus
