**ABOUT THE POSITION**
We are looking for a Business Manager specialized in Trading and Execution to grow our Trading Technology team
As an expert in electronic and manual trading, you will optimize current execution and lead effort to access new markets, while bringing a deep product knowledge across asset classes to help expand CFM portfolio.
Additionally, you will capitalize on external relationships to foster innovations within the firm.
This role is highly cross-functional, requiring close collaboration with multiple teams across the firm, ranging from Data, Research, Portfolio Management and Execution, while also engaging with Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Operations.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Monitor low touch and high touch trading activity and performance. Propose improvements to existing trading solutions and tools.
- Design and utilize analytics tools to smooth execution, validate choices and optimize costs.
- Leverage on reports from existing brokers and exchanges to benchmark performances and tune our activities.
- Conduct Market intelligence by researching and analyzing market structures, execution solutions and liquidity sources (trading platform, dark pool, systematic internalizer and broker algorithms).
- Cultivate connections with banks, brokers, techno providers, and exchanges, to stay connected with latest trends, innovation and offering.
- Participate in key initiatives related to the introduction of new products, asset classes, trading solutions and markets, along with other significant projects.
**Key Qualifications**:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in roles related to trading within a bank or quantitative firm.
- Extensive expertise in both electronic and manual execution across regions.
- In-depth knowledge of all products across asset classes (Equity, Fixed Income, Credit, FX, Commodity), along with the corresponding Derivatives.
- Programming skills (python, SQL) are a plus
- Fluent in English, and ideally in French
- Proven ability to bring and push ideas, to manage large scale projects and to think outside the box.
- Capacity to work efficiently and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
