Kearney, Bain, McKinsey), M&A (Lazard, EY, KPMG, PwC), Industry (Biotronik, Cerba, Pharmacy, Veterinary) **Your Role** Our Communication Department defines and executes the firm’s global communication strategy across our different audiences to support our growth and objectives. Our mission is to build and promote our brand, strengthen our notoriety and reputation as well as foster ARCHIMED’s unique culture. As we continue to expand, our Communication Department is seeking for a self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented intern to join our team as a Communication Assistant. **Responsibilities**: Assist the Communication team to develop and implement external and internal communications projects globally. Continuously collaborate and assist the Communications team members to: - Contribute to the production of communication materials for external and internal communication purposes (e.g., videos, leaflets, kakemonos, guides, podcasts ) Update and enhance the company website. Write and update content for the intranet site. Assist in organizing both internal company events. Manage inventory for marketing documentation and goodies **Requirements**: Bachelor's / Master’s Degree in Business, Advertising and PR, Communication, or Journalism. Fluent French + English. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an exceptional eye for details. Strong project management and organizational skills with aptitude for managing simultaneous projects in a fast-paced work environment with autonomy. Creative, agile, autonomous, and proactive nature with a real "can do" attitude. Team player, enthusiastic with an open mind for advice and suggestions. Digital proficiency and proven experience with IA tools (Chat GPT, Dall-E) MS Office Suite, design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva ) and CMS.
