Responsible for overseeing a scope of Wavestone, encompassing several Practices (between 800 and 1200 employees), you will be part of the HR Steering Team (HRST) to foster Wavestone’s core values and advance the company’s employee engagement agenda.
This HR Leader will be based in our Paris office and will report to the HRD of Wavestone.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Work together with colleagues from the HR Steering Team to **define HR priorities and key initiatives**, lead global HR development projects and change management.
- ** Drive the local implementation of HR priorities and initiatives** in alignment with the broader HR strategy and business requirements of the scope.
- ** Successfully leverage Wavestone’s engagement surveys and relevant HR KPIs** to identify trends and proactively recommend solutions to improve performance, retention and employee engagement, ensuring action planning, consistent follow-up and progress accountability.
- ** Champion the HR team of the scope (8-10 people)** : provide leadership, goals and direction to ensure the delivery of the HR agenda, lead the HR team development by providing stretch assignments, support and coaching.
- Ensure annual People processes are completed, **support and challenge practices leadership teams** through talent development, performance management, compensation, employee relations and change management.
- ** Foster a seamless, inclusive, and positive employee experience for all employees **of the scope, from onboarding to offboarding, providing direct HR support for Senior Managers, Associate Partners and Partners and their Career Development Managers.
- ** Support business decisions** **providing reliable HR insights**.
- ** Actively contribute to fostering a respectful and safe environment** within the scope: identify and manage individual issues, engage with mental health and well-being initiatives.
- Continually **assess the efficiency of HR processes** within the scope, proactively collaborating with HR colleagues across Wavestone to share best practices.
- ** Handle employee issues** (conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance issues).
**Qualifications**:
- ** More than 10 years' experience in Human Resources**, including managerial and leadership role
- Cultural fit to act as an** ambassador of Wavestone’s values** (refer to Positiveway book)
- ** Excellent communication skills**, both written and spoken French & English, influence and relationship building skills, inspiring trust and confidence at all levels
- Ability to **scope and drive projects**, support change management
- Ability to **set priorities** in a fast-paced environment
- Always **eager to contribute**, excited to **get involved in new things** and **take on challenges**
