Senior HR Specialist
Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for communicating with HR of the head office in China, implementing HR management strategy and HR management system of head office;
2. Responsible for the promotion of the company culture of the head office, providing the labor laws and regulations and employment policies in Europe to the head office;
3. Responsible for the recruitment in France, Spain, Croatia, Germany and other countries in Europe;
4. Responsible for resolving local employment issues using labor laws and regulations and employment policies in Europe as a guide;
5. Other works arranged by superiors.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above is preferred, with 3-5 years of experience in HR management, specializing in recruitment and employee relations management is preferred;
2. Have strong communication and negotiation skills, with strong teamwork spirit;
3. Proficiency in Korean and English; knowledge of Chinese is preferred;
4. Able to adapt to multi-cultural work background, have a experience of work, study or travel in China is preferred;
Willingness to have a long-term career in the travel industry, can adapt to short-term business trips in Europe is preferred.
Pay: 2,000.00€ - 3,500.00€ per month
