**What does a typical project look like in your new team?**
- Diagnose problems when returning a customer unit.
- Evaluate repairs to be performed and provide information to Customer Service prior to submission.
- Perform repairs, calibrations and testing of products according to established procedures and standards.
- Participate in the improvement of products by reporting any irregularities to Customer Service and R&D.
