At Tikehau Capital, sustainability is an essential part of the decision-making process, integrated into the fundamental analysis of our investment teams. It is also a progressive approach, and we need to strengthen and streamline our processes. This position is an opportunity to be part of a growing alternative asset manager that integrates sustainability into every function of the business.

The Group is undergoing a reorganization of its cross-functional activities, and the apprentice will play a pivotal role in supporting the team in its key missions. These responsibilities will span across various business units and functions, providing an excellent opportunity for hands-on experience in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) operations. The key tasks will include:

- **Coordinating ESG Efforts Across Business Units**: The apprentice will assist in coordinating the ESG functions across multiple business units, including Private Equity, Private Debt, Real Estate, and Capital Market Strategies. This will involve ensuring the effectiveness of processes and harmonizing ESG practices across the organization.
- **Supporting ESG Analysis**: The apprentice will help business units with their ESG analyses, which includes tasks such as ESG scoring, due diligence, identifying and managing grey cases and controversies, as well as conducting benchmarking exercises.
- **Organizing ESG Team and Committee Meetings**: The role will involve organizing and facilitating the activities of transversal ESG teams and committees, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment across the organization.
- **Refining Policies and Governance**:The apprentice will assist in reviewing and refining the group’s ESG policies and governance frameworks to ensure they remain up-to-date and effective.
- **Reporting and Compliance**:Supporting the team in preparing reports in line with major regulatory and voluntary frameworks such as the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment (UNPRI), and climate reporting requirements.
- **Managing Transversal ESG Projects and Digitalization**: The apprentice will be involved in transversal project management and support digitalization initiatives aimed at enhancing the group’s ESG capabilities.
- **Sustainability Risk Oversight**: The apprentice will also assist in overseeing sustainability risks, ensuring that risks are adequately identified, assessed, and managed in accordance with the group’s risk management framework.

This role will provide the apprentice with a comprehensive understanding of ESG processes within a dynamic and evolving corporate environment, as well as exposure to cross-functional collaboration and strategic project management.

- **Organisation des réunions de l'équipe et des comités ESG**: Le rôle impliquera l'organisation et la facilitation des activités des équipes et comités ESG transversaux, garantissant une collaboration fluide et un alignement à travers l'organisation.
