Streem Energy is the first data hub to help renewable energy players to manage and market their produced electricity, relying heavily on artificial intelligence and data models. Streem provides innovative SaaS solutions for the increasingly distributed power market.
Headquartered in Paris, the company was founded in 2020, and has found immediate success commercializing a first version of its platform among independent power producers in France, Belgium, Spain and Germany, as we continue towards creating a unified European data hub for renewables.
Their customers are all along the electricity value chain ; ranging from renewable energy producers, power aggregators, energy retailers. The Streem cloud platform communicates in real-time with thousands of renewable energy assets and the team is on a very busy roadmap to push the renewable energy revolution forward
As a Junior Product Owner, you will support the development and continuous improvement of our product by working closely with the development team, Product Managers, and stakeholders.
Backlog Management & User Stories
- Assist in writing, prioritizing, and managing the product backlog.
- Write clear and detailed user stories based on business and user needs.
- Help prioritize tasks with the Product Manager and tech team.
Collaboration with the Development Team
- Work closely with developers to ensure a clear understanding of requirements.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives.
- Track the progress of developments and identify potential blockers.
Testing & Continuous Improvement
- Set up user tests and analyse feature performance.
- Contribute to product documentation to ensure knowledge sharing.
- Set up training teams on new features.
**Qualifications**
- Recently graduated from an MSc in Engineering, looking to start a full-time role.
- Strong interest in product development within a tech-driven environment.
- Enthusiastic about quickly learning and advancing within the renewable energy sector. Previous experience in renewable energy or an academic background in energy would be a plus.
- Analytical mindset
- A team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
