Nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients un.e Finance Project Manager spécialisé.e en Automation et IA pour soutenir un programme de transformation financière mondial. Le projet vise à standardiser les processus financiers et les systèmes d'information afin d'optimiser le soutien aux différentes branches de l'entreprise. Vous piloterez le volet "Automation et IA" en collaboration avec des ambassadeurs finance issus de plusieurs pays, dans le cadre du programme de transformation LIFT. **Compréhension du contexte et du programme LIFT**: Analyser l?architecture actuelle et les objectifs du programme LIFT (portée, objectifs, parties prenantes, statut et planning). Rencontrer les ambassadeurs finance pour comprendre leurs responsabilités. **Coordination des initiatives d'automatisation et d'IA**: Organiser des ateliers d?idéation avec les ambassadeurs selon la méthodologie de l?équipe Innovation. Élaborer et prioriser un backlog d?opportunités de projets, incluant l?analyse de faisabilité et d?objectifs. Définir la structure, les ressources, le budget, la gouvernance et le planning des projets IA/Automation retenus. **Mise en ?uvre des projets**: Identifier le mode d'exécution optimal pour chaque projet (interne ou avec un partenaire externe). Assurer l?implémentation des solutions en étroite collaboration avec les parties prenantes internes, en garantissant la possibilité de mise à l?échelle après la phase d'expérimentation. **Expertise en AI/GenAI et en Automatisation**: connaissance des technologies d'IA, des algorithmes de machine learning, des plateformes low code et des écosystèmes de cloud public. **Gestion de projet**: expérience confirmée dans le pilotage de projets technologiques à grande échelle, idéalement dans le secteur financier. **Analyse et résolution de problèmes**: capacité à identifier les opportunités d'automatisation, à réaliser des études de faisabilité et à évaluer les risques. **Animation d?ateliers**: capacité à organiser et faciliter des ateliers d?idéation pour recueillir les idées des parties prenantes. Excellentes compétences en communication et collaboration, avec une aisance à travailler avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires (Innovation, Finance, IT). Forte capacité d'adaptation et esprit d'innovation pour intégrer les nouvelles technologies. Solides compétences en documentation et reporting, avec capacité à produire des rapports clairs et précis pour les parties prenantes.
