**ROLE**:
As Network Sales Manager, you are responsible for the commercial strategy deployment in the respective regions and scope.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Business and Sales development**:
Work closely with the RO CCO to develop the local commercial strategy, sales pipelines

Ensure local commercial strategy is in line with HO overall strategy.

Monitor action plan implementation per Region.

Ensure that local sales teams are informed of the commercial strategy, their objectives and share with them any best practices & updates.

Monitor performance of each Region with local sales teams, providing monthly updates to Head of Sales.

Coordinate support and animation of Region and sales teams in the region, and ensure they have the right knowledge and tools to sell our services.

Identify opportunities/leads with the Regions.

Participate directly in the commercial effort, and support sales during calls when needed.

Coordinate RO CCO to bring back feedback from the Sales network, to help improve existing products/processes and develop new ideas.

Provide feedback to HO of local market conditions and benchmarking competition.

**Management**:
Organize support, feedback tools for the Regions.

Identify weaknesses and strengths (technical and soft skills) and propose developments and improvement roadmap for commercial strategy in coordination with Head of sales.

**PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
With a master’s degree in International Trade, you already have at least 5 years of experience in the commercial and maritime field.

You are also experienced in commercial negotiations and have a good command of computer and office tools (especially Excel).

You have a perfect command of English, both written and spoken,

You have good interpersonal skills.
