**Job Description** The Program**

The Forvis Mazars Financial Auditor French-German mobility program is for young talents looking for a unique experience within the Forvis Mazars French-German ecosystem.

This development program will truly help you launch your international career in audit industry at Forvis Mazars. The role of the Auditor implies a commitment and a duty of confidentiality regarding the dissemination and sharing of information handled externally and internally.

**What to expect**
- Gain a substantial experience in audit industry with focus on PIE mandates in a 2-year program
- Rotate through Forvis Mazars in France and Forvis Mazars in Germany in Audit (one year in each country) to boost your career in your home country afterwards. Possible cities in Germany : Berlin, Frankfort
- Deal with current issues, laws and standards with the increasing relevance of ESG
- Work in an exciting environment within our French-German teams
- Grow your own international network

**The recruitment process**
- Meeting at Forvis Mazars in Paris
- Online meeting (if the first 2 are favorable)
2 interviews with audit partners from France (in French) and from Germany (in German)

**Qualifications**
- Successfully completed Master’s Degree from top business school or university with a major in market finance or accounting
- Preferably, you have already gained some practical insights and experience in auditing
- You have excellent communication skills and enjoy developing innovative solutions
- Professional Proficiency in German or French (if home country) and B2 Language Certificate for French or German Language (if host country)
- Professional Proficiency in English
- Availability from September 2025

For the program starting in Septembre 2025, three positions are available in Germany and three in France. After one year in your home country, you will move to the host country, with an allowance to support your expenses for housing and living costs.
