**What you’ll do**

This role will be part of the FP&A team and will be critical in contributing to the Company’s performance by providing insights and “optimal” business decisions.

**Support the operating activities of FP&A**

Revenue
- Production and analysis of the topline key drivers and KPIs to support business partners in their decisions (i.e cost of ARR, NDR..)
- Support in the definition of processes that foster alignment between the SalesOps and Customer Ops team in the revenue strategy
- Collaborate on business review presentations

Costs
- Act as an advocate and role model for understanding cost drivers and cost control vs. budget
- Proactively lead the Financial Planning and closing Process, in partnership with the Finance Ops team
- Measure, track and provide insightful analysis on performance metrics on a periodic basis

Controlling
- Review and Assess Sales commission and quotas
- Collaborate with the Sales Ops and support deployment of partnerships
- Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization, with a focus on scalability

Planning & Forecasting
- Take part in the development of the annual budget, reforecasts as well as the BP
- Builds and maintain corporate financial models on Pigment that details the company’s operations and projects
- Build strong relationships with cross functional team

Reporting System
- Participate to the reporting tool and process improvement by being a power user
- Control consistency, quality and reliability of reported data to ensure a solid basis for decision

**Who you are**:

- 4/5+ years of experience in financial consulting, FP&A or Corporate Finance function
- Knowledge of reporting tool is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French
- Strategic thinker who is comfortable in a fast-paced, always-on, changing start-up environment
- Experience meeting multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervision
