International Accounting Manager

We are looking for an International Accounting Manager to join our team at head office in France. You will play a key role in the accounting and financial management of all the Group's subsidiaries, particularly those based in Scotland, the Netherlands and Africa. You will be supported by local chartered accountants for the subsidiaries. Your main tasks will be to:

- Supervising and coordinating all the accounting operations of the international subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with local standards (IFRS, GAAP) and the tax legislation of each country.
- Ensuring the reliability of local tax returns.
- Ensuring the smooth running of monthly, quarterly and annual accounting closures for foreign entities.
- To oversee the implementation and harmonisation of accounting procedures and financial tools in the various subsidiaries.
- Working with local teams and statutory auditors to ensure compliance and auditing of international accounts.
- Playing an active role in optimising financial processes and monitoring overall accounting performance.
- Contribute to the development of the company's international accounting and financial strategy

**Work conditions**:

- Contract: Permanent contract, 4 month trial period renewable 1 time, Executive status
- Working hours: Fixed rate 218 days / year

Nous recherchons un Responsable des comptabilités internationales pour rejoindre notre équipe au siège social en France. Vous serez un acteur clé dans la gestion comptable et financière de l'ensemble des filiales du groupe, notamment basées en Écosse, aux Pays-Bas et en Afrique. Vous vous appuierez sur des experts-comptables locaux pour les filiales. Vous aurez pour principales missions:

- Superviser et coordonner l'ensemble des opérations comptables des filiales internationales, en veillant au respect des normes locales (IFRS, GAAP) et des législations fiscales de chaque pays.
- Garantir la fiabilité des déclarations fiscales locales.
- Assurer le bon déroulement des clôtures comptables mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles pour les entités à l’étranger.
- Piloter la mise en place et l’harmonisation des procédures comptables et des outils financiers dans les différentes filiales.
- Collaborer avec les équipes locales et les commissaires aux comptes pour s’assurer de la conformité et de l’audit des comptes internationaux.
- Participer activement à l’optimisation des processus financiers et au suivi des performances comptables globales.
- Contribuer à l’élaboration de la stratégie comptable et financière internationale de l’entreprise.

You have a 5+ years degree in accounting or equivalent, with at least 5 years' experience in a similar position, ideally in a multi-subsidiary, international environment.

You have a good command of accounting standards (France and UK) and ERP systems.

You are comfortable using IT tools and digitising processes.

You have excellent organisational and managerial skills, and are able to work both as part of a team and independently.

You are a strong leader with a rigorous approach.

Your English is fluent.
